M/s Tauschen Bio Tech And Research Pvt Ltd :- India is established by Mr. Jatin Mansukh Bhai Patel and Mrs. Rekha Ben Shailesh  Bhai Patolia On June,2020 M/s Tauschen Bio Tech And Research Private Limited ((M/s TBRPL). At present Mr. Jatin Patel is proprietor of firm M/s Maxim Enterprises, established in the year 2017-18, engaged in the activity of trading of general trading including medical items and products.  Mrs. Rekha Ben Shailesh  Bhai Patolia is associated with M/s Happy Enterprises, which is an event and hospitality management. The firm is managing large scale events of Marriage, social gathering, functions and hospitality

 

Our Company, M/s TBRPL is having its registered and corporate office 101, Micky Heritage, Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra India We have decided to have commercial tie-up with M/s Tauschen Bio Tech and Research Corporation, one of the establishment of Tauschen Groups of Companies for supply of medial / pharmaceutical products / items / equipment. (Regn No. 0450579686, Certificate No. 4121784792, Registered at ROC New- Jearcy, USA) having its Registered Office situated at 301 ROUTE 17 NORTH800 PMB#12-99, RUTHERFORD New-JERCY 07070, USA) , One of the companies of Tauchen Groups companies. The Touchen Group is having world wide network. Tauschen Groups Of Companies & Tauschen Brand  is one of the leading prestigious fast developing Multinational Brand of Companies  having World-wide Network with their associated Companies.  During Pandemic period Tauschen group has worked for in the field of Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, Import & Export of Valuable Technology & Products. The efforts of Tauschen group was acknowledged by World Health Organization (WHO) and its name was included in the list published for Validation of Products, published by WHO. The work done by  companies of Tauschen group included (1) development of  Technology transfer & Manufacturing of IgG & IgM Antibody Test Kit For Covid 19 Pandemic. (2) World wide export of  mouth protective MASK, PPE KIT, Face Shield and related products.

 

Our Company M/s TBRPL, has proposed to enter in the field of supply of Branded / Non Branded Health Care, Medical Devices & Pharma Products. M/s TBRPL shall act as service provider / Goods supplier company which shall collect items to be exported globally through  M/s Tauchen Bio Tech And Research Pvt Ltd USA.  For this M/s TBRPL has executed one MoU dated 15/09/2021this company. As per the understanding reached between two companies, M/s TBRPL shall provide Branded / Non Branded Health Care, Medical Devices & Pharma Products, with annual turn-over of Rs. 10.00 Milion USD equivalent to INR Rs. 7500.00 Lakhs per-anum. M/s TBRPL shall purchase / collect the items from Indian market as well as international market through Import. For the purpose of Export and Import M/s TBRPL has already applied for IEC code which shall be provided by Director General of Foreign Trade and is a basic requirement of conducting Export / Import Transections. We have already contacted many companies who are manufacturer / supplier of these items / products and has capacity to provide desired level of requirement.  The details are as under:

For storage of the products to be exported / imported the company has acquired one go-down situated at Mumbai, Thane  it has 5000 Sq Cubic Feet of storage capacity which is adequate to store minimum 2 months of requirement. Our Company has executed leave and license agreement with land lord.

We have team of 5 members who looks after international marketing, quality control, procurement of products, logistics and collections of sale proceeds.
